Investment Information

Investment in a Border Magic franchise includes training, all equipment needed; Border Magic production trailer sod cutter, mixer, sales and marketing assistance, ongoing business guidance operations, graphic design and marketing.

The monthly franchise royalty fee is a flat fee which makes payment easy to process. Most franchise businesses pay a percentage of gross sales which can impede the process of payment.

The monthly royalty fee for Border Magic is structured as follows:

  • $395/month for the first year;
  • $495/month for the remaining 9 years (10 year terms)

Border Magic offers special incentives for veterans which include:

  • $2,500 off the initial franchise investment fee;

If you decide to own multiple franchises, incentives include:

  • $5,000 off the initial franchise investment fee;
  • 25% off the monthly fee (ongoing).
